In every room is a smoke alarm. When a false alarm is triggered
(e. g. caused by steam or sharp spices during the cooking), turn the smoke alarm from the cover and remove the battery for approx. 10 minutes. Please reinsert the battery again and screw the alarm in the cover. If the smoke alarm delivers only a single peep every few minutes, the battery must be substituted (please inform the renter).

If a fuse is blown as a result of too many electrical appliances running at the same time, you can check at the electric tableau on the wall between entry zone and first floor and switch the fuse on again when required.
